You may access our content through one of two methods:

a. Recurring Subscription (via Whop)

• Managed exclusively through Whop.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled directly in your Whop account.

• Check Wick In$ights cannot manually cancel or refund Whop subscriptions.

b. Fixed-Term Access (via Wix)

• Available as 7-Day or 30-Day access.

• This is a one-time purchase — it does not renew automatically.

• Once the term expires, access ends automatically. You must return and purchase again to regain access.

 

3. Delivery of Services

After payment is confirmed, clients receive access through one or more of the following delivery channels:

• Discord

• Text message

• Email

 

You may select your preferred delivery method during checkout for fixed-term access.
Whop subscribers must contact support to confirm or update their delivery preference after subscribing.

 

4. No Guarantee of Results

There are no guaranteed locks or outcomes.
All selections and insights are based on experience, observation, and historical analysis, but sports results are inherently unpredictable.
Check Wick Insights makes no guarantees of profit, accuracy, or success. All decisions made using our information are your sole responsibility.

 

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because access to digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
Please ensure you select the correct tier or plan before completing payment.

 

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

By purchasing or subscribing, you agree that:

• You will not share, resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute Check Wick Insights content.

• Access is for personal use only.

• Any unauthorized distribution or posting of private content will result in revoked access without refund and may lead to further action.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Check Wick Insights is not responsible for:

• Financial losses or damages resulting from betting decisions.

• Missed communications caused by incorrect contact details or delivery issues outside our control.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Your use of this service is at your own discretion and risk.

 

8. Privacy & Data Use

We collect limited personal information (such as name, email, or phone number) solely for the purpose of delivering your purchased access.
Your information is not sold, shared, or used for marketing outside Check Wick Insights operations.

 

9. Cancellations

• Whop users must cancel directly through their Whop dashboard to stop recurring billing.

• Fixed-term users are not billed automatically and do not need to cancel.

 

10. Modifications to Service or Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
